Basketball Recap: Prospect Hill Academy Takes a Loss

Prospect Hill Academy lost against Danvers back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Prospect Hill Academy fell 60-48 to the Danvers Falcons. The loss was Prospect Hill Academy's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Prospect Hill Academy fell to 2-1. As for Danvers, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Prospect Hill Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Pioneer Charter School of Science at 6:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025. As for Danvers, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Salem Academy Charter at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Danvers knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Salem Academy Charter likes a good challenge.
