Preview: West Carrollton Pirates vs. Tippecanoe Red Devils
West Carrollton is 1-9 against Tippecanoe since January of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The West Carrollton Pirates will head out on the road to face off against the Tippecanoe Red Devils at 7:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
West Carrollton pushed their score all the way to 59 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 67-59 to Beaver.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought matchup, but Tippecanoe had to settle for a 55-52 loss against Northmont on Saturday. Tippecanoe has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
West Carrollton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Tippecanoe, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.
West Carrollton ended up a good deal behind Tippecanoe when the teams last played back in January, losing 67-53. Can West Carrollton avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
