Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Paul Stark stepped things up a notch to give Belvidere the 'W'. Stark scored three runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-2, which was good enough to set a new career-high in stolen bases.

Stark's strong effort led Belvidere over Rockford Auburn and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bucs are 8-1 against the Knights going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
