Volleyball Recap: Columbine Rebels vs. Arapahoe Warriors        
        
		
             Columbine lost against Arapahoe back in September of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Thursday. The Columbine Rebels came up short against  the Arapahoe Warriors, falling  3-0. The Rebels have struggled against the Warriors recently, as their game  on Thursday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
 After all that action, the final score was 25-21, 25-18,  25-18.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arapahoe to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Breeze Schelter, who  had five  digs and four  aces. That's the most  aces  Schelter has posted since  back in August of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of  Makena Schell, who  had four  digs and 16  assists.
 Columbine now  has a losing record at 4-5. As for Arapahoe, their win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 7-1.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Columbine will take on Denver East at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Arapahoe, they will square off against Mullen at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Arapahoe is facing Mullen at the right time seeing as Mullen is stuck on  a  three-game losing streak.
