Baseball Recap: Wells Comes Up Short

The Wells Raiders came up short against the Collins Warriors on Saturday, falling 14-2.

Wells' defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Collins, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wells will face off against Phoenix Military at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Collins, they will take on North Grand at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagle Owls will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
