Dewey had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 5-2 win over the Muskogee Roughers. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldoggers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Dewey saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Parker Garrison, who went 2-for-3 with one run. Case Rogers also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Dewey's victory bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Muskogee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-21 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dewey will host Oologah at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Muskogee, they will take on Sand Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
