Volleyball Recap: Davies Career & Tech Takes a Loss

Davies Career & Tech lost against Achievement First Providence back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Patriots took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 22-25, 25-15, 25-21.

Davies Career & Tech's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Achievement First Providence, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Davies Career & Tech and Portsmouth will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Achievement First Providence, they will head out to challenge Block Island at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Achievement First Providence is facing Block Island at the right time seeing as Block Island is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
