 In what's become a running theme this season, Deer Valley gave their fans yet another huge  win on Tuesday. They beat the Agua Fria Owls by the very same score they won with in their prior game:  18-1. The  victory was familiar territory for Deer Valley who now have seven in a row.
  Taylor Passalacqua was a standout: she scored a  run while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Priscilla Lopez, who  scored three  runs while going 3-for-3.
 Deer Valley pushed their record up to 12-8 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. Those victories were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.3 runs per game. As for Agua Fria, they are  on  a  seven-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-11.
 Deer Valley will head out on the road to  square off against  Thunderbird at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Thunderbird is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 12.9  runs per game this season. As for Agua Fria, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Peoria at 3:45  p.m.  on Friday. Agua Fria is facing Peoria at the right time seeing as Peoria is stuck on  a  13-game losing streak.
