Soccer Recap: Vintage Comes Up Short

While it was Vintage who put the first points on the board on Tuesday, it was Northgate who put up more. The Vintage Crushers fell just short of the Northgate Broncos by a score of 3-2. The Crushers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sebastian Arroyo and Jose Ramirez scored both of Vintage's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Vintage now has a losing record at 1-2-1.

Vintage will be playing in front of their home fans against Tamalpais at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tamalpais' last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Northgate, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against San Ramon Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
