Volleyball Recap: Everett Alvarez Takes a Loss

Everett Alvarez was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Hollister Haybalers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Haybalers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

Everett Alvarez's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Hollister, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Everett Alvarez will take on Monta Vista at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hollister, they will take on Palma in a tournament on Saturday.
