Basketball Recap: Bishop Loughlin Takes a Loss

Bishop Loughlin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 75-58 to the Monsignor Scanlan Crusaders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Lions of the 65-63 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Bishop Loughlin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Bishop Loughlin will take on Bedford Academy at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday. As for Monsignor Scanlan, they will face off against Long Island Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
