Baseball Recap: Valor Academy Wins Going Away Against Discovery

Valor Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the Discovery Warriors 16-6. The matchup marked Valor Academy's most dominant victory of the season.

Valor Academy got a massive performance out of Nistelroy Castillo, who scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Castillo also put up a hit, which was his first of the season. Samuel Herrejon was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in all five of his plate appearances.
