Basketball Recap: Franklin Road Academy Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Franklin Road Academy took on King's Academy on Friday. The Franklin Road Academy Panthers lost 76-54 to the King's Academy Lions.

Franklin Road Academy has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 23-13 record this season. King's Academy pushed their record up to 25-7 with the win, which was their 22nd straight at home dating back to last season.

Franklin Road Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for King's Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Providence Christian Academy. King's Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
