Football Recap: Granada Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Granada played a tough matchup on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Stratton Eagles, falling 54-20. The loss continues a trend for the Bobcats in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.

Leading Stratton to victory were Von Isenbart and Judson Isenbart. Von threw for 200 yards and four touchdowns on only 18 passes, while Judson gained 135 total yards and two touchdowns. That's the most passing touchdowns Von has posted since back in August of 2024.

Granada's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Stratton, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Granada will host Walsh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bobcats will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 43.83 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Stratton, they will be playing at home against Otis at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
