Soccer Recap: Muskogee Wins Going Away Against Mobile Christian

The Muskogee Roughers made easy work of the Mobile Christian Leopards on Saturday and carried off a 4-1 victory. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Muskogee's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 39th in Oklahoma, while Mobile Christian are ranked 155th in Alabama).

Muskogee now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Mobile Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Muskogee will venture away from home to challenge Bixby at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mobile Christian, they will head out to square off against Alabama School of Math & Science at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Mobile Christian are facing Alabama School of Math & Science at the right time seeing as Alabama School of Math & Science are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
