Arcadia not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 23rd (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau Red Hawks with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Raiders in their matchups with the Red Hawks: they've now won seven in a row.

Arcadia never let Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15, 25-22.

Tatum Drazkowski paced Arcadia's offense, picking up 14 kills. Drazkowski got some help from Adella Anderson and her 33 assists. Kiley Fitzpatrick controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Despite the loss, Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Taryn Leighty had six digs and three aces.

The win got Arcadia back to even at 17-17. As for Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau, they dropped their record down to 9-20 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Arcadia and Elk Mound will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
