 Los Molinos waltzed into their match  on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Weed Cougars by a score of  6-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Los Molinos also won the last time the pair played  back in April of 2023.
  Brayden Weibling was  incredible,  scoring a  run and  stealing three bases while going 3-for-4. He is on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  stolen  at least one in the last three games he's  played.  Karson Fox was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-2.
 On Weed's side, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Phoenix Marshall, who  went 1-for-2 with a  stolen base.
 Los Molinos' victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 12-8. As for Weed, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record  this season.
 Los Molinos will head out on the road to  face off against  Quincy at 3:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Los Molinos is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8  runs per game  this season. As for Weed, they will be playing at home against Trinity at 2:00  p.m.  on Friday. Weed is facing Trinity at the right time seeing as Trinity is stuck on  an  11-game losing streak.
