Soccer Game Preview: Gustine vs. Waterford

The Gustine Reds will take on the Waterford Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Wednesday, Gustine came up short against Le Grand and fell 3-1. Gustine have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Waterford managed to keep up with Denair until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Coyotes. While getting shut out isn't ideal, Waterford haven't been shut out since back in November of 2025.

Gustine's loss dropped their record down to 4-8-1. As for Waterford, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-3.
