Baseball Recap: Seton LaSalle Comes Up Short

Seton LaSalle lost against Charleroi back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rebels fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 2-1.

Seton LaSalle saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Kerr, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Seton LaSalle's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3. As for Charleroi, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seton LaSalle will take on Monessen at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Charleroi, they will square off against the Rebels at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
