Basketball Game Preview: Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils vs. Lenox Tigers

The Martensdale-St. Mary's Blue Devils will take on the Lenox Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Last Tuesday, Martensdale-St. Mary's made easy work of Woodward Academy and carried off a 65-45 win. The Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Lenox, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against Nodaway Valley on Tuesday as Lenox made off with a 64-43 victory.

Martensdale-St. Mary's pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.5 points per game. As for Lenox, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.
