Basketball Recap: Encampment Comes Up Short

Encampment and Burlington squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Encampment had to settle for second. They came up short against the Burlington Huskies, falling 53-33. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Encampment's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Burlington, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

Encampment does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Burlington, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-32 victory against Little Snake River on the 27th.
