Volleyball Recap: Snow Canyon Comes Up Short

Snow Canyon saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Lone Peak Knights. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Snow Canyon was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Lone Peak work for it, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 26-24.

Lone Peak can attribute much of their success to William Dayton, who had 15 assists and three digs. Dayton is crushing it when it comes to assists: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season.

Snow Canyon now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Lone Peak, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Snow Canyon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Crimson Cliffs on the 7th. As for Lone Peak, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Mountain View on the 7th.
