Volleyball Recap: Corinth Comes Up Short

Corinth lost against Walnut back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0.

Corinth has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. As for Walnut, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the win, which was their 18th straight at home dating back to last season.

Corinth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Kossuth on the 21st. As for Walnut, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Hickory Flat on the 21st.
