Having just played yesterday, the Park City Miners will get right back to it and host the Granger Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Park City has given up an average of 56 points per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.
On Tuesday, Park City earned a 71-59 win over Spanish Fork. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Miners.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Park City to victory, but perhaps none more so than Luke Rice, who shot 75% from the field on his way to 22 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The game was Rice's fourth in a row with at least 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bridger Lapine, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 14 points and seven assists.
Meanwhile, Granger played a tough contest last Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Stansbury 76-47. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Park City will need to focus on slowing down Zephaniah Willford, one of several Granger players who made an impact when they last played. He posted eight points. Tahrantz Benally was another key player, putting up seven points and six boards.
Granger's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Park City, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Park City has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 36 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Granger struggles in that department as they've been averaging 26.8 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Park City was able to grind out a solid win over Granger in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, winning 72-63. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Lancers' Mason Biddulph, who shot 53% from the field en route to 18 points in addition to seven rebounds and three blocks. Now that he won't be playing on Wednesday, will it be easier for the Miners to walk away with another win? Check MaxPreps.com after the match to find out.
