Volleyball Recap: Moorpark Comes Up Short

If Moorpark was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Simi Valley last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Musketeers fell just short of the Oak Park Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Moorpark has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season. As for Oak Park, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 23-7.

Moorpark has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Camarillo on the 15th. Oak Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
