After flying high against Northampton County last Thursday, Weldon came back down to earth. The Chargers came up short against the Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy Trojans on Tuesday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Chargers have suffered against the Trojans since August 30, 2022.

Having lost for the first time this season, Weldon fell to 2-1. As for Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.

Weldon has already played their next matchup (against Northwest Halifax), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Southeast Collegiate Prep Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against North Edgecombe on the 10th.
