Basketball Recap: Episcopal of Acadiana Picks Up Third Straight Win at Home

It was a Battle of the Birds when Episcopal of Acadiana faced off against Holy Savior Menard on Wednesday. The Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons walked away with a 51-43 win over the Holy Savior Menard Eagles.

Despite the loss, Holy Savior Menard saw an underclassman step up: freshman Aiden Burch dropped a double-double with 19 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Burch has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Matthew Hicks, who posted six points in addition to five boards and three steals.
