Basketball Recap: Stigler Takes a Loss

Stigler was the 44-41 winner over Muldrow when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Stigler Panthers took a 55-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Muldrow Bulldogs on Wednesday.

Stigler's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Muldrow, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Stigler will be playing in front of their home fans against Pocola at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pocola knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Stigler likes a good challenge. As for Muldrow, they are taking a road trip to challenge Central at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Muldrow knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Central likes a good challenge.
