Baseball Recap: Houston Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Houston has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.42 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Thursday. They came up short against the Clarksville Wildcats, falling 13-4. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 13-2.

Houston's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 29-14. As for Clarksville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 20 of their last 23 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 31-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Houston nor Clarksville have any future games scheduled.
