Soccer Game Preview: Beavercreek vs. Little Miami

The Beavercreek Beavers will challenge the Little Miami Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Beavercreek is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games.

Beavercreek is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They won by a goal and slipped past Sycamore 2-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Beavercreek's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 14th, while Sycamore are ranked 62nd).

Ausin Brenner and Austin Moody scored both of Beavercreek's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Saturday Little Miami sidestepped Mason for a 2-1 victory. That's two games straight that Little Miami have won by just one goal.

Little Miami's win bumped their record up to 6-9-3. As for Beavercreek, their victory bumped their record up to 15-1-2.

Beavercreek skirted past Little Miami 2-1 in their previous matchup back in August of 2021. Will the Beavers repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
