After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Shallowater, Friona was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Muleshoe Mules 41-38. This was payback for the Chieftans, who suffered a 60-27 defeat the last time these two teams met.
