Softball Recap: St. Joseph-Ogden Has No Trouble Against Tuscola

St. Joseph-Ogden won the last time they faced Tuscola and things went their way on Monday too. The Spartans put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 16-8 victory. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won 15 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for St. Joseph-Ogden and bumps their season record up to 21-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Tuscola, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Joseph-Ogden will challenge LeRoy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tuscola, they will face off against Central A & M at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
