Basketball Recap: Kotlik Skates Past Ignatius Beans with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Emmonak, Kotlik was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 81-17 victory over the Ignatius Beans Strivers. That looming 81-17 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Falcons yet this season.

Leading Kotlik to victory were Dylan Okitkun-Hunt and Marques Kameroff. Okitkun-Hunt posted 20 points, while Kameroff scored 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Antwan Buster, who had 12 points.

Kotlik is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Ignatius Beans, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
