Somerset hasn't had much luck against Pleasanton recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Somerset Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Pleasanton Eagles at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Somerset turned things around against Carrizo Springs on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 16-5 victory. With that win, the Bulldogs brought their scoring average up to 6.6 runs per game.

Nick Flores was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits.
