Volleyball Recap: Schenectady Comes Up Short

Schenectady lost against Averill Park back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Patriots came up short against the Golden Knights, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-18, 25-15.

Schenectady's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Averill Park, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-11-1.

Looking ahead, Schenectady will host Guilderland at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Flying Dutchmen will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight. As for Averill Park, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Columbia on the 9th.
