Rocky Mountain Lutheran was the 5-2 winner over Twin Peaks Classical Academy when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Timberwolves by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The loss put an end to Rocky Mountain Lutheran's undefeated start to the season.

Jairo Pacheco and Findley Edmunds scored both of Rocky Mountain Lutheran's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Having lost for the first time this season, Rocky Mountain Lutheran fell to 2-1. As for Twin Peaks Classical Academy, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Rocky Mountain Lutheran will challenge Estes Park at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Twin Peaks Classical Academy, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Denver Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
