Soccer Recap: Friday's Win Is Layton's Third in Last Four Outings

Layton hadn't done well against Weber recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Lancers never let the Warriors get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Layton wouldn't have won without Rudy Jensen, who scored the game-winner.

Layton has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season. As for Weber, their loss dropped their record down to 11-4.
