Tri-County came tearing into Thursday's match with 14 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 52-30 margin over the Seeger Patriots. The Cavaliers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Sara Zarse continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 14 points. Gracie Scheitlin was another key player, posting seven points.

Despite the loss, Seeger still got an impressive performance from Caleigh Purcell, who went 6 for 7 en route to 15 points and eight steals. Purcell has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times she's played.

Tri-County pushed their record up to 16-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. As for Seeger, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Tri-County has already played their next matchup, a 55-30 victory against Twin Lakes on the 24th. As for Seeger, they will venture away from home to challenge Rossville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
