Softball Recap: Cuba City Has No Trouble Against Iowa-Grant

Cuba City barely beat Iowa-Grant the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cubans were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the Panthers on Thursday. The Cubans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.

Cuba City's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Iowa-Grant, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cuba City will take on Boscobel at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Iowa-Grant, they will welcome Dodgeville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Dodgers will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
