Basketball Game Preview: Independence Wildcats vs. Senatobia Warriors

The Independence Wildcats will face off against the Senatobia Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Last Tuesday, Independence came up short against Coahoma County and fell 54-43. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Senatobia beat South Pontotoc 64-56 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Senatobia is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Independence, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-7 record this season.
