Doyle won the last time they faced Pearl River and things went their way  on Saturday too. The Tigers put the hurt on the Rebels with a sharp  15-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 18 games by six  runs or more  so far this season.
Doyle has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Pearl River, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record  this season.
 Doyle is taking a road trip to  square off against John Curtis Christian  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Patriots will roll in looking for their  seventh straight  win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pearl River, they will host Covington  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
