Baseball Recap: Ridgemont Comes Up Short

Ridgemont lost against Plymouth back in May of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Golden Gophers fell 4-1 to the Big Red. The Golden Gophers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ridgemont saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Xavier Stuck, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Ridgemont's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Plymouth, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

Ridgemont does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plymouth, they will square off against Mohawk at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
