Softball Game Preview: Spring Valley Vikings vs. South Pointe Stallions

The Spring Valley Vikings will challenge the South Pointe Stallions at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Spring Valley's last matchup with Sumter could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's match on Tuesday. Spring Valley lost 15-0 to Sumter.

Spring Valley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eryn Wright, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, South Pointe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against A.C. Flora, falling 15-1.
