Soccer Recap: Newport Comes Up Short

Newport lost against Inter-Lakes back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers fell just short of the Lakers by a score of 3-2.

Newport's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Inter-Lakes, their win bumped their record up to 3-9-2.

Newport has already played their next contest, a 4-3 loss against Conant on the 16th. As for Inter-Lakes, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Gilford at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
