Volleyball Recap: Angeline Academy of Innovation Takes a Loss

Angeline Academy of Innovation was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Nature Coast Tech Sharks.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-16, 23-25, 25-14.

Alyssa Booth paced Angeline Academy of Innovation's offense, picking up four kills. Booth got some help from Mayson Cregger and her seven assists. Booth was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Angeline Academy of Innovation's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Nature Coast Tech, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-11.

Coming up, Angeline Academy of Innovation will host Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Nature Coast Tech, they will venture away from home to challenge Hudson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
