Basketball Game Preview: Kettle Falls Bulldogs vs. Northwest Christian School Crusaders

The Kettle Falls Bulldogs will face off against the Northwest Christian School Crusaders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Saturday, Kettle Falls didn't have too much trouble with Newport as they won 57-43. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 133rd, while the Grizzlies are ranked 281st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Northwest Christian School entered their tilt with Chewelah on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Cougars 61-12. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 21 points or more this season.

Kettle Falls has also been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.9 points per game. As for Northwest Christian School, they pushed their record up to 15-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
