Volleyball Recap: Coventry Christian Starts Season with Win at Home

Coventry Christian gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Plumstead Christian. Coventry Christian was shut out 3-0 the last time they took on Plumstead Christian, so Coventry Christian was just returning the favor.

Coventry Christian and Plumstead Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time Coventry Christian sees the court they'll take on Conestoga Christian at 5:00 p.m. on September 19. As for Plumstead Christian, their break will end when they face Lower Moreland at 4:00 p.m. on September 9.
