Basketball Recap: Onaway Takes a Loss

Onaway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Mancelona Ironmen and fell 68-41. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Ironmen this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 69-23 back in January.

Onaway's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Mancelona, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-7.

Looking ahead, Onaway will be playing in front of their home fans against Bellaire at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Bellaire's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches. As for Mancelona, they will head out to take on Forest Area at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
