There's no place like home for Glendale, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Marshfield Bluejays on Monday. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Bluejays walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Glendale had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-20, 25-16, 25-20.

Elle Givens paced Glendale's offense, picking up 18 kills. Givens got some help from Klaire Miner and her 22 assists. Givens was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Glendale's victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 14-8-3. As for Marshfield, the loss snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 25-8-2 record.

Glendale didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Kickapoo on the 15th. As for Marshfield, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Logan-Rogersville on the 16th.
