Basketball Recap: Lewisville's Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak at Home

It was a good run, but Lewisville unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 70-63 to the Great Falls Red Devils. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Red Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Lewisville's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3. As for Great Falls, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-3.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Governor's School for Science & Math the next time they take the court. Lewisville will host Governor's School for Science & Math at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Great Falls will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
